CAMPING AND FACILITIES

Check in times
For the park only - You will be given a 2 hour slot, please arrive in time and be tacked up and ready to be escorted to the park for your allotted time. Please leave straight after unless by prior arrangement. If there is a large group you will be given a whole morning or afternoon.
Camping in the field - Check in from 9.00am - departure before 5.00pm.
Renting a cabin - Check in 3.00pm - Check out 10.00am. 


Price is per night.  

1 Vehicle £5  - This is for a lorry or car and trailer.  I’m sorry at the moment we don’t have electric hook ups. 

1 Person £5 

1 Equine £5 - This includes a field which can be shared or you can use your own tape and posts to section. You will need to bring a water bucket which can be filled on the yard or at the field tap. Please poo pick your field, there are tools at the muck trailer. Your horse will be in sight while you are camping as the fields are next to the camping field.

Tents and awnings free

A furnished en-suite cabin with kitchenette, fire pit and hot tub £150, without hot tub £95.
Bookings separately through https://www.wigwamholidays.com/orchard-stables  (vehicle and paddock free if booking a cabin) (only CHAPs to pay for and to be booked in advance)

1 stable £25 - This is for a large rubber matted stable and includes pellet bedding, a hay net, water and mucking out. Your horse's stable is in sight of the camping field. (These are subject to availability as we are a livery yard)

Arena Hire £10ph must be booked in advance. 
Round Pen Hire £10ph must be booked in advance.

CHAPs £15 per equine for 2hours.  Half price for the second day of stay.

There is a toilet available on the yard. 

Emergency access to local vets, farrier and equine supply merchants.

Eating out and exploring.
The village has a one-stop shop, co-op, 2 pubs, a Chinese restaurant and takeaway, a fish & chip shop and a pharmacy all within walking distance.  In case you come in a lorry with no other vehicle, there is a train station that has regular trains to Lincoln and Newark and a bus service in the village if you want to explore further away.  Collingham also has it’s own very reasonably priced taxi.
