CHAPs hire (2hrs) Booking in advance by using the booking enquiry form below. £15 per equine for 2 hours. Please be ready for your allotted time and leave straight after. A deposit is not required but please let me know if you can't make it so someone can take your place. A disclaimer form must be filled out before doing the course, see below.
Camping. Booking must be made in advance by phoning, emailing or preferably filling out the enquiry form below. A non refundable deposit of £20 paid at the time of booking. The remaining cost should be paid for either before arrival or on the morning of arrival. We take Paypal (may include charge), bank transfer, sumup payment link or cash or card on the day. Arrival time is after 9.00am and departure before 5pm for camping.
Open fires and burning wood on BBQs is strictly prohibited, as are fireworks and Chinese lanterns . Disposable BBQs can be used on bricks provided.
No generators, air conditioners, halogen heaters or lamps.
Orchard Stables and CHAPs accept no responsibility for any damage or loss of any vehicle or belongings.
Please respect quiet time after 10.00pm. We are a glamping site too so please respect each other.
Please make sure you clear your field of poo and hay and take rubbish home.
The stable yard is only to be used for access to the toilet and water unless your horse is being stabled.
I reserve the the right to refuse any horse which shows symptoms of illness or transmittable diseases either on arrival or during the course of it's stay.

All day and weekend clinics for outside instructors and clubs. £20 per equine for a whole day is required from the instructor. The instructor must have insurance and you can use my disclaimer forms or your own but I must have a copy. £50 deposit is required which is refundable up to 7 days before the event. If camping :- £5 per vehicle £5 per person £5 per horse
Please make an enquiry first using the form. When you are given the go-ahead for the date you can then sign the disclaimer form and make payment.
